Fang Chi curled his lips and there was some anger in his eyes. He said, "How can I not remember? Just because I said a few words, my eldest uncle kicked me in the chest and called me a jinx. I was fortunate that I could keep my life back then." He only said those words because he heard from Mu Yuxi that the thieves were running rampant in the town.
He was worried that his aunt would lose money but her aunt did not hear a thing that he said and went to the town.
In the end, she lost the money and even broke her leg. When eldest uncle found out, he rushed to his room and kicked him in the chest calling him a jinx and whatnot. He obviously didn't do anything!
It was Eldest Aunt who did not listen to his warning and yet he was the one who had to suffer the consequences.
Grandma Yu nodded. She was indeed worried about her two sons, the situation was like this and they were living in lands which were far from where she lived. If something happened to them, she wouldn't be able to protect them.
The Yu family finished eating their meal and went to their rooms, however Yu Dong stayed awake. She left the house to patrol the village, she didn't know if something would happen tonight but it was better to be on guard than to die without knowing.

"Quick! Smoke is coming from the Black Pot Village!" A woman cried as she pointed at the thick smoke that was billowing from the village that was not far from their village. Wasn't this the village where those rich people were staying?
A chill crept up on the spines of the mammies and the women. Even Aunt Wang was stunned, she looked at the smoke flying in the air and turned to look at Yu Dong whose face was solemn. Though she looked a bit sombre, there was no surprise on her face.
